If for instance, you would like us to find you a Tenant and manage the property in every regard throughout the tenancy, we’d be delighted!

If you are somewhere in between – perhaps you’d like us to deal with all of the referencing, compliance, administration and collect the rent, but you’d prefer to deal with maintenance yourself, that’s fine.

If you would like us to find and carry out appropriate checks on new Tenants and deal with all of the negotiation, compliance and administration (tenancy documentation, inventory, deposit taking etc), but then wish to manage the property yourself, that’s fine too!

While we ourselves are located in North Lancashire on the borders of Cumbria and North Yorks, we let and manage many properties outside of our home area efficiently and effectively without problem. This may be of particular interest to you if you hold a portfolio of properties located across a wider geographical area.

Once you find a property through us, we handle the referencing discreetly and swiftly, ensure that all legalities are complied with, documentation completed and focus on getting you into your new home.

Once you have moved in, we do everything possible to ensure your comfort. We respond quickly and efficiently to any issues you might report, using our long-trusted maintenance team and ensure your comfort and safety throughout your stay and that all legal responsibilities are adhered to from all sides.
